My Story
I’ve always been drawn to helping people navigate important decisions.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor, coach, and guide people through some of life’s biggest challenges and opportunities. Whether in my professional career, coaching youth sports, or simply being someone others could turn to for advice, I found that what I enjoyed most wasn’t solving the problem itself—it was earning people’s trust and helping them move forward with confidence.
That realization shaped the way I approach every relationship.
When the opportunity came to join my son, Austin, in real estate, it didn’t feel like I was starting over.
It felt like a natural continuation of the work I’d always enjoyed most.
Today, I have the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.
The subject has changed.
The purpose hasn’t.

Before We Talk About Houses…
People often think real estate is about houses.
I don’t.
To me, it’s about people.
People standing at important transitions in their lives.
Some are excited.
Some are uncertain.
Many are a little of both.
That’s why I always begin in the same place.
By listening.
Because before we talk about homes…
Before we talk about neighborhoods…
Before we talk about numbers…
I want to understand what’s on your mind.
Why Now?
I didn’t come to real estate at the beginning of my career.
And I’m glad I didn’t.
I’ve had time to learn a few things about life—and about myself.
I’ve discovered what I’m good at. I’ve gained confidence in my ability to help people work through complicated decisions. And after years in sales, I’ve learned that selling really isn’t about a product.
It’s about people.
I’ve learned how to ask better questions.
How to listen for what’s behind the answer.
How to try to understand someone else’s perspective—even when it’s different from my own.
And how important it is to respect people wherever they are.
I don’t need you to see things the way I do.
I need to understand how you see them.
Because your hopes are your hopes.
Your priorities are your priorities.
And your vision for what’s next belongs to you.
My job is to help you get there.
And Then There’s Austin
There’s another reason real estate feels right at this point in my life.
My son, Austin.
I’m proud of what he’s built, and I believe in him and the business he’s creating. That’s why the opportunity to work alongside him means so much to me.
Years ago, before either of us was in real estate, Austin would sometimes ride along with me while I looked at properties and explored an idea I had for investing in foreclosures.
I never pursued it.
Austin went on to pursue his own dream, playing professional basketball in Spain before an injury brought that chapter of his life to an end. Eventually, his path led him to real estate.
Did those afternoons riding around looking at properties have anything to do with that?
I have no idea.
But I smile when I think about it.
Because all these years later, the roles have almost reversed.
Now I’m joining him.
I get to bring what I’ve learned about sales, business, leadership and—most importantly—people, and put it alongside what Austin has already built.

And together, I think we bring something special to the people we serve.
Two generations. Different experiences. Different perspectives.
But the same commitment to understanding what matters to the people who trust us and helping them accomplish what they’re trying to accomplish.
Yes, we sell real estate.
But we’re about much more than real estate.
We love people. We care about their lives. And if working with us can help create opportunities that extend beyond buying or selling a house, that’s the kind of work I want to spend this chapter of my life doing.
